Key Features of Bionic Wealth Management
Our low fees for managing your investments may help you reach your goals faster:
.65%/yr. – $0 to $1,000,000
.50%/yr. – $1,000,000+
Minimum assets: $100,000 per client
Although we try to anticipate your needs, please call or email us whenever you have questions. To begin, take our no-obligation, nine-question, Bionic Wealth Management Investor Questionnaire. Informed by the results, we will discuss with you by phone your needs, goals, investing experience and risk tolerance.
Most importantly, we need to know you better, so we can help you the best way possible. That is our fiduciary duty as your wealth advisor and registered investment advisor (RIA).
Client Agreement and Account Opening
Once we agree to work together, we email you paperless account opening and disclosure documents from our custodian, TD AMERITRADE Institutional, and from our parent, Bionic Capital LLC. As with any legal documents, you should review and understand all documents before adding your electronic signature.
If you have any questions, we will help you through the process.
During this period of review, we discuss with you our recommended investment allocations, based on our understanding of your personal situation. If you wish, we will email your recommended portfolio for your review and further discussion.
However, because we manage investments in real-time, every investment and portfolio is subject to change. We invest based on our analysis of what will be best for you. That, again, is our fiduciary duty to you. (ESG portfolios available for no additional fee.)

We strongly believe that we succeed only when you do. To minimize potential conflicts of interest, we never sell investment products. Because Bionic Wealth Management is a fee-only RIA, we are compensated through an investment management fee, payable monthly in arrears.
Typically, trading for your account will be commission-free. As a fiduciary, we infrequently purchase securities that require clients to pay commissions. Commissions at TD AMERITRADE Institutional generally range from $9.99 for stock trades to $24 for institutional-share mutual fund orders.
Importantly, Bionic Wealth Management gains no benefit from commissions paid by you to your custodian. As a result, our goals remain aligned with yours.
Fee calculation example:
Account Value = $750,000
Days of Service = 31 days
(($500,000 X 0.0060) X 31/365) + (($250,000 X .0050) X 31/365) = ($254.79 + $106.16) = $360.95
